Freedom Rewards punchcard does not seem to work correctly

First question:

The Freedom rewards does not seem to add the right punches. I play Fallout Shelter, neverwinter nights, Adventure pop and Frozen freefall snowball fight.

I purchased some ingame items with Fallout. 4,99 and 0,99. I received a punch on one game and the meter for overall purchases went up. Today I bought a Anna and Elsa multiplayer character unlock, Witout taxes. It is above E5,- (2,47+2,84=5,31) No punch
(should have), but the overall meter for the E28 went up. I payed for some crystals for adventure pop. Turns out to be lower than E5 without tax I found out on my microsoft billing history, so that one seems to be correctly not punched.

But! now comes the biggest mystery. I also payed for 1000 Zen coins for neverwinternights...... That is 8,26 without tax, so it should give a punch (I have read other posts that buying zen coins counts) but I got non extra. The overall meter on the other
hand shows the max amount you have to pay for the overall score=E28.

So why do two seperate purchases in fallout count for a punch, two seperate purchases above E5 in Frozen do not count and a on larger one in neverwinter nights does not count? Seems the punchcard does not work correctly.

My balance before I received the last rewards cashout in Oktober 2017 was above the payed out sum, so I had enough money to buy it without the last rewards payout. (I have read in the little lines: that received cash does not count) so that cannot be a
problem.

Could you either fix this, or explain me what is the reason it does not count.

Second question: Since I missed the 5 hours play in december, I started timing how long I play. When I reached over 5 hours in Fallout, it was not punched. When I played again some day later It did register but only after I started fallout shelter. Is the
punch delayed some how or is the following true: A Friend of mine claims the 5 hours is counted ingame and not in the main menu and loading the game.

Did Not Recieve My V.I.P Exclusive For May's Punchcard!?

If I remember correctly, it'll show up at the end of this month. April's Punchcard rewards were sent out at the end of May I believe.

On Nov 2nd I purchased free to play add ons for Freedom Rewards. My punchcard for the £3 a month has updated but I havent recieved points for the 18 pound spend and buying 3 pound on 3 games

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Please note that all activity takes us 96 hours to receive and process so your activity yesterday has not even been received by our servers. Your Frozen purchases have not increased either progress bar because they have not been received for processing yet.
This also applies to your Neverwinter purchases.

This also applies to your playtime, so yes, there is a 96 hour delay in processing your five hours of playtime.
