HI, As far as i know i have already completed the 5 hours per game, but I cant see anything marked on the punchcard.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since you only purchased from a third game yesterday, we have not received and processed that information yet, so 1, 2, FREE has not yet completed. However, FREEquent and FREE pass were already completed earlier this month and already deposited, as can be
seen from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, as well as your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), and has already been used in your Killer Instinct purchase.

problems with freedom rewards

I am not receiving credit 4 any of the freedom rewards, i have spent well over the $30 at least $50 or more just this month alone on add-ons 4 3 different free games it not giving me credit 4 the (1,2,3 punch) (frequent player) or the freedom pass and i
know I've spent it on 3 different game 4 the past 3 months I've also spent way over what was needed 4 th freedom pass plus the 3 different add-on for the frequent one, so I'm just a little bit upset about it as i should've earned the 17000 points 4 all 3,
can you help me fix this please. I also just recently bought zen 4 star trek and its not showing up.

The in-game offer and our FREEdom Rewards offer are two separate offers. Since you did not refer your friend on the FREEdom Rewards page, you have not yet begun our FREEdom Rewards offer, so you have not been awarded.

These are tokens that you have to redeem. They are not automatically awarded to you in-game.

your special Rewards". This will take you to your redemption page with your trove tokens.
