Freedom rewards not registered my purchases.

This is what it has been on for the last 12 hours even tho i just completed the Free pass and one-two-free ticket or whatever it is in english, the thing is that it has only registered purchases earlier this month, and not the purchases i did yesterday, you
should understand my problem atleast.

Xbox rewards problems

Firstly, I cannot see the list of games or even register for the Freetoplay playathon. it just takes me back to the home page of rewards.

Secondly, my add on purchases for the free to play games have not registered on my freedom rewards either.

Games on Demand preorder Punch Card problem

You are registered as a New Zealand Rewards Member. Since your purchases were made in a regional currency that is not your registered regional currency (NZD), your purchases were not eligible for Rewards.

Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new purchases. so it would be too early to see credit for purchases made yesterday.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January
22nd. Once this issue has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, there should be no issue with progressing
your offer due to this delay. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

You purchased that item today.

Since your purchase was only made recently, it was not 96 hours since that activity. We see that your token is now waiting to be claimed on the previously mentioned FREEdom page.
