FREEdom rewards isnt giving me the 3 games I did 5 hours on each

I have now played 3 FREEdom games for 5 hours each. Only one of them has come up, which I am assuming is the Fallout Shelter. I have played Roblox well over 5 hours now. And SMITE I just started playing this month and I know I am up to 9 hours. I tried
troubleshooting and it didn't work. I chatted with support for xbox one other and they sent me here. Please help.

I downloaded 3 free games

Played all 3 for well over 5 hours each

Game play hasn't registered, it shows no games played and thus no reward.

Freedom rewards issue plus more

I played more than 3 games for 5 hours for freedom rewards but it only shows one game completed for 5 hours last month. I played Witcher Gwent card game, Roblox, Crossout and Powerstar Golf but i have only achieved 1 punch out of 3 games. Moreover I purchased
The Walking Dead a new frontier Season on 31st October but did not received any rebate and nor it's showing up on my pending rewards or recent purchases. I did not received Bing reward points for it as well, nor it's showing up in recent purchases. I did completed
Mixer quest last month for using it for more than 30 mins each week up to a month but did not received challenge badge nor gems for completing it.

Hi Gam3r18Girl. We see that you have two punches for the Free Ride offer. The punches are for Roblox and SMITE. There is a current issue with Fallout Shelter with tracking its game play. We will make an adjustment on our end to complete the offer for you.

I played 3 of the listet games on Xbox for 5 hours each and didnt get a reward so its a waste of time anyway.

not meet the 5-hour playtime requirement for each of the 3 games, you will not earn your Reward.
You must first opt-in on the main FREEdom home page to participate in the FREE Ride offer. This offer resets on a monthly basis, with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on
the last day of the month.

Thanks for the effort but I have already read that about 5 times over and it still does not explain my original question. It's been 2 days now since I did over the 5 hours and nothing still showing on my rewards account under the missions section. I hope
I have not wasted my time.

We only see one title (Pinball FX3) with over five hours of playtime that month, since your registration on the 23rd of December. We do not see over five hours of game time in the other titles you mention. Keep in mind that the Rewards program runs on the
UTC time zone, as mentioned in the FAQ:

FREE Ride:
