    FREEdom Award Credits Not Appearing.


    Hello,

    I play Smite, a lot, and the FREEdom Awards that started in October really attracted me. So I spent $30 last month on Smite received the stamps for FREE PASS (spend $30 on F2P games) and FREEquent Player (spend $5 on a single F2P game). This month however,
    I spent over $30 and I have only received the FREEquent Player stamp.

    I made the purchase on November 12, and I can provide my my purchase history from my account if you can't see it. It has been longer than 96 hours, which is what the FAQ says to wait.

    Nowhere does it say that the $30 has to be separate from the $5. I have read the FAQs carefully and thoroughly. It does state that it takes 96 hours to post for each specific offer, however I should have completed both offers with one purchase.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Trove = Reward Points?

    Hello WoRThY TacTicX,

    Since Trove is a free to play game, it is eligible for the FREEdom Rewards offers for Credits. However, since game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, those purchases will not award MyVIP progress.

    We see that you received Credits for the November FREE PASS offer on November 12th. Is this the offer you believe you are missing Credits from? You can check all Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to support tickets. After reviewing your account, I see three possible sources of confusion:

    Your pre-order, which only completed one punch out of the three required for Games on Demand, has not yet awarded Credits since it needs two more punches.

    Your consumable purchase last month, which did not complete any FREEdom offers, so it did not award offer completion Credits.

    Your Warframe completion has not yet shown up on the FREEdom page due to a delay in processing on the 20th. The redemption link to a page with your platinum code should appear in the next few days.

    Hi arthur leung. Payback for your qualifying July purchase has been awarded. You can see that on your MyStatement listed as MyVIP Credits. Your August and September purchases went towards your FREEdom Rewards offer. You needed to spend $233 on qualifying
    items within that month to complete the offer to be awarded.

    Rewards credits not transferring to my account

    Hi Clandaustino. Since 2,000 Credits earned from the FREEdom offer was awarded on December 6th (that put you at the automatic deposit threshold), your deposit is scheduled for the next deposit date. Credits earned from the 16 to the end of the month gets
    deposited on the first deposit of the next month. The Credits from the1st to the 15th gets deposited on the second deposit of the month. The next deposit is scheduled for the 28th.
