Free Xbox One Upgrade availability

Hello everyone

Does anyone know exactly when is the upgrade for X1 going to be available? I bought my digital copy yesterday and still cant find the upgrade copy. On a different subject, where the Day Zero add-ons applied to the 360 version? I cant seem to find mine.

Destiny free upgrade deal

I bought Destiny for the 360 and I was supposed to allow for free box one upgrade but cannot figure out how to get the free xbox one version. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated... same for the COD Advanced Warfare free 360 to xbox one upgrade...

 

Is XBOX ONE marketplace the same from XBOX 360?

Some games offer a free upgrade or reduced price to upgrade to the Xbox One but for the most part they use different programming so are not compatible.

Free Upgrade Games:

Destiny (until Jan 15)

CoD Advanced Warfare (I believe until March)

Free upgrades for already purchased DLC

It's bugged right now. They are working on a solution.

 

File a complaint.

I tried for an hour last night to get a refund via chat because I couldn't get my XBOX One copy. They never gave it to me. This is false advertising and they can get in trouble and fined for this. It's funny how I can purchase it again on the One, that
works of course. Anyhow, file a online complaint at the FTC and BBB. It's a very simple process and only takes a few minutes.

I have been a Live member for 8 years and spend thousands of dollars on XBOX services and goods a year, they want to loose me over $59..? Fine by me, here I come SONY.

I hear ya on the technical issues but not being able to get a refund? That just *** me off... Ive been a longtime fan but I think t's time to switch sides. My XBOX One which I got on launch day just collects dust anyways...

 

no refunds is in the purchase box when you buy something

 

Thanks fanboy but it also says that you get the One copy for free. This part of the agreement was not honored. I want a refund. Simple as that.

 

Not a fanboy I have both a x1 and a ps4 My friend who has a ps4 just got a email that they should be able to upgrade within the next 1 to 2 hours. Hopefully we also will be getting an email very soon from xbox with the same notice

 

It's beyond that at this point. I just want a refund. Until they give me one I will be all over the place showing others how to file complaints. I have gotten great results in the past from shady companies going this route. Which is sad because I am
a good customer who spends a lot of money on games.

 

here is to the guy Evil Kannibal who didn't receive his day one add-ons, i had to go to call of duty website login with my COD account that's linked to my xbox account and request add-ons. any word when x1 upgrade will be available?

Just fixed on my side. Letting me download the Day Zero edition and DLC.

 

i did 1st mission and checked xbox one now says free if that helps
