"Free" Xbox 360 Gold game charged me with 19.99€

Yeah so, according to the Backwards Compatible 360 games' FAQ, to gain access to a free 360 gold game, one have to "purchase" it, even if it was free, however, it wouldn't supposedly charge you for anything.

Well, I tried that with Dead Space 3, which very clearly says in the Free Gold Games list as well as in here:

Dead Space™ 3

...that it should be free. However, it still charged me with the 19.99€ as if I didnt't have Gold, which I very clearly do since I managed to get access to the two other Xbox One free Gold games couple of days ago.

I want a good reason as to why I was charged the 20 euros even though it very clearly says it should be free for the next 3 three days. Because I did not want to buy a game I already have on PC with DLC available for a much higher price than I already paid.

Is there a way to refund my purchase even though I used paypal as a transaction method? Also, Microsoft, could you perhaps mind updating the dates when your promotions end to avoid future cases such as this?

It very clearly says in here:

Games with Gold | Xbox Live

...that Dead Space 3 is free from 1st of August till 15th of August. Today is 12th, so is this some sort of a scam or what?

I bought a game by mistake

Hello, I'm Raphael Maragno. I bought an xbox one s, and I activated my 14 days of live gold, and after that I downloaded the free games of ONE, and after that, when I went to download the free game of XBOX 360 of the month Child
of Eden me I was charged € 19.99 on my credit card. Will this amount be charged or will it be free? Please help me, I did not want to buy the game, I did not want a refund, but another game of the same value. Thank you

 

Wanna purchase 360 game with Gold, but wants me to pay I already have Gold, why does It want paying?

On Xbox One, I'm trying to get the 360 game for free with gold, but keeps telling me I have to pay $19.99. Why is it having me to pay for a game that is free with gold when I already have Gold?
