Free TitanFall?

    Free TitanFall?


    I just traded in my Xbox 360, along with TitanFall for 360, in for an Xbox One.

    I set everything up and it asked me if I wanted to install TitanFall. So I clicked yes. Its now Installing on my system.

    Did I just get it free for having it for Xbox 360?

    i think they did let people move from 360 to one for free, or at least a discount, but that was a while ago and i didn't think it still applied...but if you were able to get it for free, good for you.

    was the console brand new, if so then your lucky to get it free, if second hand then the previous owner never bothered to de check home console before trading it in.

    There are a few Games that allowed a free Upgrade if someone purchased the Xbox 360 then later got an Xbox One. CoD Ghost and BF4 come to mind that had this as well (I believe).

    It's too bad it doesn't work the other way though. If I would have known I would have purchased the Xbox 360 versions and then DL'd the Xbox One versions for free. If someone purchased those on Xbox One, well that's what they get, the Xbox One version.

    Free TitanFall?

    It seems a lot of popular games are getting said treatment where they allow gamers to download the newer version of the game for free. I really hope this continues. Makes sense to do it too.
