FREE Redeem CODES OF Gear of war 1,2,3、Judgment NOT RECEIVED

Xbox one LIVE user ID .I am a Xbox one live gold member. I bought Gear of war Ultimate Edition on 2015.11.11. I have played Gear of war Ultimate edition on live many times but still now I still have not received the Redeem codes of Gear
of war 1,2,3、Judgment as the description. Please help and check it out for me. Thanks!

Gears of War collection codes don't work

Got the redeem codes for GoW 1,2,3 and Judgment but only the one for Judgment works.

Tengo los códigos de gear of war 1,2,3,judgment el problema que tengo es de cuando ingreso el codigo de gear of war 1 y 3 los toma como valido pero a la hora de instalar dice error y vuelva a intentarlo

-ya me cambien de region de mexico a USA

-intente ingresar los codigos en la pc pero lanza el mismo error que en xbox one

alguien podría ayudarme a solucionar este problema

Hey Tim -

Does your Xbox Live account region match the location you physically live in? Have you tried redeeming the codes on the website via the console? (Or vice versa.)

If it still doesn't work, what is the specific error code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) or message that you get? Having that will help us look into things.

UPDATE: tried to redeem the codes from a different account on the xbox and here are the results

-Codes for Gears of war 2 and judgment Works fine

-Codes for Gears of war 1 and 3 still dont work with the same error

checked the forums and found many have the same problem(GOW 2 and judgment works fine and GOW1, 3 do not), so i think it is a problem from microsoft side
