    Free Purchases Still Not Working


    I reported this - about three weeks ago - that the free purchases (tickets, coins) are not working in Microsoft Bingo.

    I have reset this app but it made no difference. And I thank Mister Mascot for his reply but I uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference either. Considering that other people seem to have the exact same problem I am thinking
    this is something on Microsoft's end. A fix or solution would be appreciated. I no longer play this app anywhere near as much since it isn't fully working.

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    It's almost two weeks later and the problem remains. I have reset this app but it made no difference. I thank Mister Mascot for his reply but I uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference either. Considering that other people seem to have the exact
    same problem I am thinking this is something on Microsoft's end. A fix or solution would be appreciated. I no longer play this app anywhere near as much since it isn't fully working.

    Same here. Happens at least once a week where I have to keep clicking and eventually it will start the ad. Today, I can't get it to start no matter how many times I click it. So frustrating.

    I agree. I have tried to access since 0600 PST. I received the daily gift but cannot get free coins or ticket.
