FREE Play Rewards

Hello,

I've noticed that my progress is not updating in the Rewards Program. I've made purchases that should be showing as cleared for the FREEquent Player and One-Two-Free Punch missions. Previously, after 3-5 business days, the progress bar would update to green
to acknowledge the purchase. It's been well over 3-5 business days and I don't see any progress listed. I have made purchases for Neverwinter, Warframe and Smite.

Please note that I have previously experienced an issue with my rewards not being updated following my purchase. My rewards were promptly reinstated to me. I would note that it's unfortunate that I'm required to monitor my rewards page to ensure my purchases
are being registered.

Please confirm. I can provide the Microsoft purchase order reference numbers for all three purchases if required.

I have played 3 of this month's free to play titles but my account shows that I have only played 2 for the 5 hours required. I started playing a new free to play title today, when will the time played show? And if it does not appear before the month end
will I receive my reward points?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Using your purchase information, we were able to identify an error with the 1, 2, FREE portion of FREEdom Rewards, and are working on deploying a hotfix ASAP. You received the correct
awarding for FREE pass and FREEquent (you can only get one punch on FREEquent per month). We'll update this thread when we can confirm this hotfix has resolved this issue!
