FreePass and Freequent Player not tracking

I've made purchases in Trove which I don't think are being tracked correctly.

March 20 - $20.99

April 17 - $19.99

April 17 - $20.99

April 23 - $29.99

April 28 - $20.99

May 7 - $19.99

I got the FREEquent Player for month 1 - but nothing for Month 2.

There's nothing listed in FREE PASS (Shouldn't I have gotten something for it for March?) - I passed $40 for the month of April.

And One-Two-FREE Punch doesn't have anything in it either.

Continuum season 3 season pass / How soon do we get the new episodes?

I have a season pass for Continuum, today is Friday, May 2nd (episode #5 broadcast on TV).

I still do not have episode # 4 which was broadcast last week on April 25th.

How soon and when do we get new episodes?.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit from your FREE pass event at the beginning of this month, you should receive your Credits in the end of month deposit.

I had the game pass from when I bought the series x over a 2 year payment. It included game pass. Then I have just added a different on with 6 month free. I still had until April available on my old game pass. But it’s just went up to May. I thought would add 6 month on top of my original one.

It sounds like you're seeing that message because you're cancelling a free trial for Xbox Game Pass that runs until April 2. If you have already turned off auto-renew, you won't be charged for a full subscription of Xbox Game Pass once your trial ends.

However, if you sign into your account and visit the Services & Subscriptions page you may still be able to cancel that trial there.
