    Hi, I didn't received my 2000 credits for FREE Pass when I bought the gigantic founder pack at 35$, last week.

    Free Pass:

    Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least $30 before tax on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis, with
    the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

    It did give me a ticket for FREEquent Player and One-Two-FREE Punch. But I will not be able to complete those anyway.

    Hello Aeragon IX,

    It looks like you are browsing the US Rewards site. Be sure to change your locale settings to Canada using the green change region button at the bottom left of the page. From the CAN FAQ:

    Free Pass:

    Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least $40 plus tax on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis, with
    the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

    Since you have not spent $40 CAD, you have not completed this offer.

    Why we need xbox live for free games?

    Look at all other services that Microsoft provide. Game pass, Game pass ultimate, and rewards program. Who else has this? You can get your live with rewards points, not just for free games.

    Hello,

    There is a Microsoft Rewards app that is available on console. Its free to download, there are many ways on how to gain points from there. There is also a Xbox Game Pass Rewards that give you points too.

    Both free for download.
