"FREE Pass" Promotion: Progress Not Tracked

Hello,

On 02/18/2018, I made two purchases of "add-on content" for Fortnite (a "Free to Play title") on the Microsoft store. The purchases were for V-Bucks, and together totaled $34.98 (before tax). Although the purchases together should have completed my "FREE Pass"
promotion (as $34.98 exceeds the $30 minimum for the promotion), my "Free Pass" progress meter does not reflect any progress at all.

The only reason that I purchased $34.98 worth of V-Bucks (instead of just $24.99 worth), was to qualify for this promotion.

Please credit my $34.98 "add-on content" purchase towards my "FREE Pass" promotion progress for this month.

Is NOT that Free to Play title DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round CORE FIGHTERS?

Hello.

I ask about FREEDOM REWARDS.

I have played DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round CORE FIGHTERS, and parchased some add-on contents for it. And it don't tracked a progress bar "Free Pass Offer", don't punched "FREE Ride offer".

In the same way, I have played Fallout Shelter and parchesd something for it. There are recognized by Free Pass offer and Free Ride offer.

Isn't it Free to Play title DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round CORE FIGHTERS?

Challenges tracking, specifically Dead Rising 3

i got it last night .. and just to confirm .. your progress is tracked via the console but it is not tracked via SmartGlass.

You can register a free account with True Achievements and then the site will track your progress.

Xbox Quest FAQ. As it mentions, we're tracking quests appropriately but there currently isn't a method for you to check your progress. Thanks a ton for your patience and understanding.

Still no rewards, or update of any kind on this. I completed all criteria for those month's.

This new quest for June/July isn't tracking progress for adding friends either. Would like to get this sorted out. Perhaps the promotion team should just remove the adding friends as a task, since it obviously doesn't track properly.
