FREE Pass not being rewarded after spending over $30

I made a post yesterday about this issue, but it has been removed off of the forum. I have also Tweeted @XboxLiveRewards and spoken to a support agent from Microsoft who made notes in my account.

I purchased Smite Gems on November 12, 2016 totaling $34.99. I received the FREEquent Player (spend $5 on a single Free to Play game) reward credits, but not the FREE Pass (spend an accumulated amount of $30 across all Free to Play games).

I have waited passed the 96 hours, and I would like to get my credits before December rolls around and I'm no longer eligible for November's credits.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In game progress not being tracked.

I'm spending time in game and the hours are not being logged on my rewards profile.

I am not getting rewarded for my gameplay/participation.

Please help, reward wasn't given.

I paid 35$ after being informed by support that my account was set up then went to claim the reward and it was not set up.

I wanted the free game reward event 30$ spending reward and yes, I did spend it on Fortnite which is free. Please fix.

just tell him to spend the 30 bucks for the season pass and be done with it..... best 30 bucks ive spent on any game so far.... everything is free to download after that.

After spending 100 bucks for the special edition, another 30 seems crazy. But if I ultimtely spend 100 plus hours on it over the next year it all equals out over time.

They expire one year after being issued.

As mentioned in the terms of the promotion, rewards for the October Game Pass promotion will be sent 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. All eligible users who completed the steps should receive their rewards by 11/30/2017. Please be sure to post
a new thread if you do not receive any rewards by that date.
