"Free Pass" and "One-Two-FREE Punch" Not counting purchases from World Of Tanks

Apologies for the inconvenience. While your January Team USA purchase went through, the other two products were only recently added to that game, and were therefore not being tracked. We have adjusted those purchases, and completed your FREE pass offer this
month (as well as one punch on 1, 2, FREE), and completed your FREEquent punches from last month and this month. These changes should appear shortly.

What we need is a couple free to play games tucked in between games with gold. Was a treat when games that didn't count toward games with gold yet still free like World series of poker or World of tanks or Warface.

We see that there is currently an issue displaying your punches on the webpage; while we see that you have received a punch for one-two-FREE and progress for FREE pass, they have not yet appeared on the webpage. We are currently investigating why this is
occurring. Apologies for any confusion. However, we see that you currently have two punches for FREEquent for your activity in April and May.

Since you only spent 20.99 CAD in March, that would not have been enough to complete FREE pass that month:

Free Pass:

Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least $31.80 plus tax on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis,
with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

Credits for your April FREE pass have been pending in your account since the 17th that month. For future reference, you can see a record of all your activity on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

We currently see that you have received a punch for one-two-FREE, but that punch is not displaying on the webpage. Again, we apologize for the confusion. We see that you are at 1 out of 3 punches for that offer, and are over halfway completed with FREE pass
for the month.

Hi acaraba2. Your Lies of Astaroth purchases (10/5 and 10/18 purchases) both went towards the Free Pass offer. A purchase can only be applied to one offer at a time, so it did not get split between Free Pass and One-Two-FREE. Your Pinball FX2 and Battle
Ages purchases went towards the One-Two-FREE offer. To complete it, make another $5 add-on purchase from a different title.
