Free one moth trial

can you add a 3 month gold subscription card to an account that's using a one month gold trial? Cause when I try to it says unable to please update or change your payment option but I took my visa off my account and turned off auto renewal a day after I
created my account and got a one moth free trial...please help?

I already tried that but the one E-Mail that I can think of isn't a Microsoft account so I just go round in circles, it's also not easy with the fact that a couple years back because I was really short on money so I made a couple new accounts for the one
moth free trial and used variations of E-Mail address's.

So you're telling me that because of my console i lost one moth trial and you can't nothing about it? I don't have any fault on this but, i won't get that back?
