I spoke to support in regards to an issue where I wasn’t able to complete the payment process regarding my free trial of Xbox Live. She said you guys wouldn’t have any problem generating some sort of code. Here is the reference number: 1400638187

Have you gone through the process to sign up to Xbox LIVE? If you choose Free Membership, you will be given the One Free Month of Xbox LIVE Gold. Is this your first time using Xbox LIVE sign up? There is a limit to how many gamertags are eligable for the
one month free.

But like I said above, if you have been through the sign up to Xbox LIVE process and there is no text anywhere stating you have a 1 Month Free Gold Membership, then you may be out of luck.

You are limited to 3 free one month free gold xbox live memberships per console.

When you sign up to Xbox LIVE, you have the option to choose the Free Membership which activates a One Month Free Gold Membership trial. If you did not choose this option then you will have to create another account if you wish to have a month of Gold Membership.

If you did do that, you can check Passport.net or go onto the Xbox LIVE Dashboard and into Account Management to see if the Gold Membership trial has been activated.
