    The fact that's it's random means that is in fact fair since it's just left to chance. Not winning things is of course aggravating but it's how it goes in everything.

    I don’t think they give it to random people. I’m at least pretty sure it’s always specific people who maybe are subscribed to a Gold Membership, Ultimate Membership, or maybe someone who’s just very active on Xbox. However, If you want to get free money
    codes you should try using Microsoft Rewards. You can get lots of things from it like Microsoft Store money, Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, etc.
