Free LIMBO error at download, and now not available on Backward compatibility!

Hi, i had a problem when i tried to download the Free offer of LIMBO for Xbox One, between June 18th and 20th (everytime i clicked on the Get It or Download Icon the circle keeps spinning and never go to the next screen to Download it) after that the offer
dissapeared from the marketplace, but i wasnt worried about it cause i own the ARCADE TRIPLE PACK DISC for XBOX 360 that content Limbo, Trials HD and Explosion man, and i though i can play it if i want at any future moment, well today i asked about that in
other forum here Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. and an ambassador told me to put the disc and check if it installs on XBOX ONE, i did it and sadly only Trials HD and Explosion Man prompted me to install on XBOX ONE
from that Triple Pack Disc, now my question is, can someone here, sort out the problem i experienced between June 18th - 20th and at least send me a code to get the XBOX ONE version of Limbo that i must be able to Download at that time, and i already own on
XBOX 360 version but i am not able to install on Xbox One?

Arcade Triple Pack Limbo, Trials HD, Explosion Man is backward compatible?

Limbo is currently available as an Xbox One title and is not currently available as a Backward Compatible Xbox 360 title. If you'd like to play Limbo on Xbox One you're able to purchase the game

As for the disc. Right now If you were to insert the Xbox 360 Triple Pack disc into the console, the disc will not be recognised as that disc is not Backward Compatible. The only way to play Splosion Man and Trials HD right now, is if you own the two games
separately as digital downloads.

SW: Knights of the Old Republic is not in backward-compatibility list and will not work on your Xbox One. Currently it only works on Xbox 360 and you
can download it from there.

Limbo is not backwards compatible which is why it doesn't work with your disc.

Once promotions are over, there is no way to get the promotional price. Not even support can change that. So they would not be able to let you download it for free. You would have to purchase it for the price it is now.

 

Smwutches when the game was on "Promotion" the marketplace had a bug and the game cant be able to download for 3 days! i tried several times at that moment. And i called phone support and they said to wait 24hs and try again, but never worked. Thats why
i asking. I think that someone here must fix that issue. thx in advance!

You have to be patient. This forum works the same as the rewards forum. Support works from oldest to newest. So each time you bump your thread it puts it back at the bottom to be answered. It can take a few days to receive a response
