Sorry for my English. I have reserved and purchased Deus EX Mankind Divided and still not have received any code to be able to play with Deus Ex Human Revolution.

 

Didn't receive my Deus Ex Mankind Divided purchase bonus codes

Preordered Deus Ex Mankind Divided at the beginning of august and still haven't received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and The Missing Link Add-on.

 

Any news on this please. The support line said I would get the code within a few hours.

 

When did you purchase Deus Ex: Mankind Divided? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.

I don't have one drive or any other image hosting service. Neither do I know how to take a screen shot of the sales page. The only vaguely modern thing I do is play games.

I purchased via the xbox one console around 3 weeks ago (bank statement says 25th August so a bit before that) . I paid 50gbp for a download instead of 42 for a retail disc because the description said it included the previous game (and the previous game's
dlc).

Can't you just look in my account? I am amazed that I am forced to deal with this on a public forum.
