    zune movies

    I like the Zune movie service on xbox. . $7(490 MSP for HD) for a movie is still high for online streaming I think. I still use it though, but not as much as I would like. Netflix is my 1st choice for movies right now.

    It is the stand alone unit, and when I bought it years ago Xbox gave you 5 free HD-DVDs, but I had seen FMJ a zillion times so I never had to watch it. Now my son was asinged to watch FMJ & Platoon for a high school project about the Vietnam War, and remembered
    I had it on HD-DVD unopened...

    It says that it is not playable... I looked online and there is an issue with this particular film. I was actually able to find the movie online for free, and we watched it Saturday night.

    @IceStorm III - I am fully aware that the format died in 2008... The issue is not on regards to a dead format, it was into regards if there was any downloads or updates that were issued to the HD-DVD standalone which might fix this problem...
