Already not the first year of purchase an annual subscription to Xbox live, but this situation for the first time. Have 2 console -360 and One. This month gave free games that I already have, on both consoles! Called support, they say that they do not track
the availability of games in the collection client. But I have about 250 games on consoles and if I will offer games that I already have, it defeats the purpose of the subscription! I was buying Xbox live mostly for new games! Microsoft pay attention to the
problem!

The games with gold is not tailored to each individual person.

So the games that are offered are the same for everyone.

It would take to much computing power to look at millions of peoples accounts to see if they have a certain game and tailor the games with gold particularly to them.

A gold subscription is for accessing online multiplayer & other features,games with gold is just a bonus.

I have nearly 1000 games across the xbox 360 & xbox one so it is extremely rare that a game is offered that I don't have or have not played.

I'm grateful to even be offered 4 free games per month.Games with gold doesn't revolve around you & what games you have or don't have.

There is no problem with games with gold.I'm sure you'd be moaning even more if they stopped it altogether.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

ive also tried that lol I have been trying every possible thing for about 5hrs and nothing is working
