Free game with Xbox One Bundle purchase

I recently purchased a new Xbox One S bundle and was told by Xbox Support before I purchased that it would include a code for a free game of choice - promotion y'all are running through tomorrow I believe.

I did not receive the code when I received my new Xbox today (purchased 9/28) and was told by Xbox Support to post on here to receive that code.

Bought my ONE one week ago...

The free game given is on purchase of an Xbox One. Some stores have deals with bundles (Xbox One + certain game+other game) it completely depends on the bundle you purchased and from which store. If you've already bought your console there's no way to get
those things that you might of missed

Congratulations on making the jump to Xbox One. According to Major Nelson GameStop has some great deals on. Until today only you get an additional game and wireless controller for free when you purchase an Xbox One bundle. Also at Gamestop you can get
a $100 credit towards a new Xbox One when you trade in your old 360 console (available until November 21).

You would actually need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from for assistance.

 

I bought it directly from Microsoft via the Xbox website and was told my support prior to purchasing this is where I needed to go

To clarify, is this the
current promotion you are referring to? If so, please note that the free game with the Xbox One S purchase only applies to the regular console purchase. The bundles such as the FIFA bundle are not eligible. If you purchased the regular Xbox One S and did
not receive your free game, you will want to reach out to the retailer you made the purchase from directly. We are not able to assist with that current promotion.
