Free game with gold membership Help cannot get xbox 360 one

Hey Guys!

I need help. I Cannot Get free XBOX360 Game with GOLD MEMBERSHIP. I got a Xbox one. I tried from my console or from Online but still I have to pay for the Xbox 360 games. (currently star wars unleashed)

My friend has the same problem too.

I even put a payement method in case, but didn't solve anything.

It works perfectly for Xbox one games, they are free of charge, not xbox 360.

Could you please tell me what i have to do to make it works?

Cannot down load free games with GOLD memebership

I have a xbox gold membership. I can download the free games on my Xbox 360 but on my Xbox one I cannot download the free games for the Xbox one. It wants me to pay for them. Whats up with that? I am getting pretty mad about this.

Need some help on this please.

Hey Tedlabete007! Are you seeing the full price of the game or getting an error message when trying to install the 360 games? Post back and let me know!

 

if the error is you must make the purchase from your Xbox you must use an adult account with gold to download it or use an Xbox 360

If you are getting this is not available in your region you must your account region to your actual region unless you don't live in an xbox live region then nothing can help you

 

After two days and several call to Microsoft i finally found out.

When you got a 14 days trial gold (supplied with a new console) You cannot get free XBOX 360 games with Gold, but you can Get XBOX ONE ones....

Pretty stupid...thanks microsoft "read between the lines of the agreements".

So I bought a one year gold membership and the problem is solve...

By the way my friend had the same probleme and he got a one year trial. He had to call MS to ask a reset of his account. Don't know exactly what they do, but they said they had to reset something with his account....

Are you sure someone else is on your console that is home gold?

If so than you would only be able to use his profile for g Xbox 360 gold games

But Xbox one home gold is. A Xbox one feature only

So if you are Games haring that would be why

There is no 1year trial

 

FYI if you read the trial card it's not between the lines

You cannot get Games with gold on trial.cards they are only meant for temporary multiplayer access no deals with gold or anything else

Now if you are game.sharing with the said friend that would be why

You have his home gold which only applies to Xbox one accounts not 360 gold

FYI, you can get free XBOX ONE games with gold, just not only XBOX 360 ones. I didn't see where it's written on the card.

So basically you are wrong, as with trial you can get deal with gold. just not the xbox 360 one.
