    Free Game not showing up


    I was told that I have a free copy of FORZA MOSTORSPORT 7 once i purchase my desktop, but it does not show up in my library.

    MS support team sends me here. I hope I can get my answers now.

    I imagine 3 years later this problem was resolved lol. But im having the issue now. How did you fix it?

    For me the free gold games or actual free games that i download dont show up on purchase history, only games that i actually buy show up

    That's exactly my problem. Dungeon Siege is showing right now. I don't care about it until it's free. GWG doesn't show up the free game. It shows something that's not free yet.

    Yup. Whenever there is a free to play weekend the free games will automatically show up.
