Free game..dead servers

So typical, Microsoft gives us a game that is mainly multiplayer and the freaking servers are dead. Why not give us Battlefield 3? Sure I am happy that we got this but I mean no servers means not much replay on this game. Even if it is free. So now what?
I keep trying to play online but get server issue message.

and modding. is it just a free world out there then for hackers to do as they please if Rockstar Games dont support the servers anymore?

Any plans to upgrade your lousy servers?

It might not be the XBL Servers, just the Left 4 Dead servers or other game services. My connection is fine, so it might be something else.

I know right? i was actually kinda excited to get this game when it came out free, and the first thing i went ot(like most people) was the multiplayer, it told me that i had joined a game, then it said couldnt connect to server. Check your connection or
,some ***. Xbox kinda ripped people off. All to do is the campaign. what a bummer.

Well the BC program has now been stopped.

It would be up to Atari and Eden Games if they would allow it, besides the servers for test drive unlimited and tdu2 no longer exist either.

on pc a replacement server was created for free that is not connected to atari but currently only 3 players are online lol.
