Date of purchase: 19 December 2015

Issue: I get error code Xbos-0x80150017 40055ebe-bd0a-4d27-b37c-346fd9d25587 2015/12/19 - 17:22:00 UTC when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.

I already discussed the issue via the xbox.com/errorhelp and they redirected me to this forum.

Hi Mister Maka,

Thanks for the help! Unfortunately my problem still remains, both my physical and billing location are the Netherlands, I also bought Fallout 4 in the Netherlands. I tried to move my xbox one account to the Netherlands but this did not work, probably because
I'm already in the Netherlands.

Anything I can try?

When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is
[Mod Removed]

The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
