Free EA Access with Gold subscription help

I signed up for a month of Gold through a dashboard ad since it said it came with a free month of EA Access. I still haven't gotten my free EA access yet though. Can anyone help?

Anyone here is in EA Access beta?

Personally, I don't like the idea too since it's a separate subscription on top of Gold. Which means I'll have to pay two subscription fees if I were to opt into EA Access. Although, this doesn't require you to have Gold to use EA Access but Gold is still needed for multiplayer which is the majority of EA games.

Dead Space is demanding EA access after telling me it's free on Games With Gold

So as the title says I am having issues downloading dead space. I go to the Games With Gold menu to download the game and it says "free with gold" but when I click on the button it changes and says "free with EA access" and demands that u get a subscription
to EA access if I want to download the game. I want to download it with games with gold not EA access! Is there a way too make my Xone do this properly or am I just not going to get the game this month?

Promotional codes are typically sent 7-10 days from the date of the purchase. If after 10 days from the date of purchasing your Xbox Live Gold membership through the ad you still don't have a code, send me a message over Xbox Live and we'll take another

NHL 15 was part of EA Access' Free Play Days as part of E3. It was only free to play until June 22 if you have a gold subscription. In order to keep playing it, you would need to purchase the game or have EA Access.

Gold gives you the ability to play online multiplayer. It gives you weekly discounts on games (Deals with Gold) and access to free games through Games with Gold. Any other games would only be accessible if you pay for them or you have a Game Pass subscription
or EA Access subscription (for Battlefront).

i got my Dante's inferno through EA access

I'm aware Dante's Inferno is available in the EA Access vault but I don't have a subscription. It's a Games with Gold this month and that's how I'm trying to get it but it isn't available for free for some reason.

You can only sign into an account on one console at a time. So in order for them to play at the same time, they would each need their own account. Also, sharing accounts is actually a violation of the code of conduct. They can share games and gold though
through the Home setting.

I think by Easy Access you mean EA Access. Technically you don't need both EA Access and gold. EA Access just lets you have access to EA games for free or discounts on their games. A gold subscription is what allows you to play online multiplayer, access
Games with Gold, and access Deals with Gold.
