Free beard set & armour

So where are these items & how do you equip them

So where now?

Think I've got a Zweihander kicking about somewhere. My strength & end stats are at such a level that I can roll Havel's Armour set and still have full mobility if I use Havel's Ring + Ring of Divine Protection & Favour and I can roll the Black Armour set
with just Havel's Ring. So does that open up my options a bit with regard to sword based weaponry or am I still pretty much stuck with great swords?

Like where is the barbershop?

 

You can buy the armor in that first town you play in I think its called white orchird or something talk to the merchant

 

Horse armor is missing, only blinders and saddle

 

They said the 20th for Xbox one, not sure why because ps4 has had it since yestarday with patch 1.02.

 

Get it from the merchant you saved from the griffin and the beginning of the game
