I ordered the 3 Month XBox Live Gold Code off the Microsoft Store a few weeks ago. The promo was that I was to receive 3 months free. I did not receive the code for the 3 free months in the e-mail. My order number is 8294831016. Could someone please
assist?

I purchased 3 months XBOX Live Gold on 2/7/2018. at the time, there was a promo for 3 free months if you purchased 3 months. The code for the 3 free months would be sent to my inbox. I have not received the code yet.

Ordered 3 month xbox live gold 6/10/18, was listed as buy 3 mo get 3 mo free. Only received code for 3 months. Expected additional code within 10 days.

Any update? I was told this usually gets resolved in 48 hours or less. I haven’t heard a peep. I just need a code sent to the correct email.

Can someone from Microsoft please acknowledge this? I was told to come here to get the promo code for my Xbox live that wasn’t sent. I was told I get a response in 48 hours. It’s been 7 days. Two different services of Microsoft’s told me to come here. And
now I’ve been ignored. I just want what I was supposed to get when I purchased my product.

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

Yes depending you the code received it could extend your Gold membership by 3, 6 or 12 Months so long as it's an Xbox live gold code
