Could you post up the date that you signed up for this offer? Keep in mind it can take up to 30 days (or a full billing cycle) after signing up for the code to send. If it has not been 30 days yet, we recommend hanging tight until a code comes in.

To clarify, did you purchase a month subscription to Groove or did you sign up for a free trial? The current (and on-going) Groove promotion applies when people

sign up for a one month trial to Groove. The code for 3 months is then sent within 30 days. If you purchased a month, that would unfortunately make you ineligible for the current promotion.

If you signed up for a trial, could you provide us with a screenshot of your trial so we can take a closer look? Thanks!

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

I am in Canada it was an offer through my dashboard towards the end of July so I don't have the link but it was a buy 1 month of microsoft groove and get the next 3 months free but I am yet to receive the code for my 3 months.
