    I purchased a 3 month membership during the “play together with Xbox live gold “ promo and haven’t received the code for 3 months free. It states in the T&C that I would have the code by 15/3/18.

    I have spoken to online chat support and they have advised I make this post.

    My service request number is : 1419274786

    My order number was : 3548896771

    I would appreciate help resolving this issue

    I'm posting this piece, I have an issue with my groove pass subscription. I was supposed to get one month free, plus an additional 3 months free. I only received the first month free, and never received a email with the code for the free 3 months. I just
