    We have just purchased an x box one s. It comes with free roblox and 2500 free roblox coins. How do we get these and nothing seems to have happened automatically when we installed it?

    My son downloaded Roblox through gamepass on the Xbox, I'm now trying to access his account to change his username but can't access it when I go to settings there is no account info section

    Roblox is not a game pass title, it is a free to play game, but not part of the game pass program

    I'm sorry but his Roblox account is managed by Roblox and not Microsoft. His Microsoft account is an entirely separate thing. Is it the Microsoft account that you can't log into or the Roblox account?
