Fraud Purchases happen in my account not done by or family

You can also check your Microsoft account's email inbox for any notifications of a different device accessing your account.

Sorry you're upset. However, this is the way it must be done to prevent fraud.

I'm not saying that your family is committing fraud but without proof of purchase it's difficult to lay proper claim to something.

Perhaps, in the future, if your family would like to do this again have them email you the code. That way if there is an issue they have the original copies on hand.

Fraud doesn't always refer to purchases.. and since your account was banned I imagine there is more to this than some purchase disagreement.

I have not done anything and I was banned the day after my account was hacked

Sadly the Items purchased are tied to the account. because this was a Fortnite bundle it wouldn't be eligible for family share. The Skins are tied to the account as well.

I've done a similar thing with my Kids accounts. Just had to make sure I was more careful the next time. Sorry this happened.

Have you contacted your bank or credit card company to protest the charges?
