Fraud on my Amex for Xbox! MS and Xbox--impossible to reach for resolution/refund! I keep

I have had xbox purchases on my amex card for the past 15 months. I have not been able to reach anyone at at MS or Xbox online or via phone to consult on the issue. I do not use Xbox and the charges are clearly fraudulant but have had no satisfaction....Any
advice????

that your card might be attached to? if you do have an account, I would recommend signing into the website through this link to try and

Request a Refund. If not, I recommend you to try to
Contact Support for further assistance.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

I would also contact Amex and get your card cancelled and replaced to avoid it being used for future unauthorised purchases

IF you don't use xbox why are you even wasting time here, just call the credit card company up and deal with it that way.
