Fraud on my account

How do I contact the UK fraud department for microsoft please?

My account linked to my son's xbox has been hacked and the password changed. They have also set up a two-way verification; my email is first and then an email address I don't recognise is the second. As a result I can't reset the password and I can't recover
the account because it has this two-way verification.

Luckily I checked my credit card account online and saw charges from Microsoft and cancelled my card. However, someone still has all my details and there's no way for me to deactivate the account.

I can't speak to anyone because webchat and call back require me to log in to my account, which I can't.

I've completed an online account review form but have heard nothing, and from past experiences with Microsoft, I'm not hopeful.

My credit card company can't raise a fraud enquiry because, in all likelihood, the account will still be in my name. They have raised a dispute for goods not received instead.

This could all be resolved quickly and the fraudulent charges refunded by Microsoft if I could just speak to someone.

Your best option is to contact Microsoft Support http://support.xbox.com/contact-us.

You should also access your Microsoft account via https://account.microsoft.com/.

From there you should revise your security settings and change your password information.

You may also want to enhance your security by enabling Two-factor Authentication. So when someone tries to access your account or buy anything they will have to verify a second time they are you via phone, email, or the Microsoft
Authenticator app.

Sky are unable to provide ip address history as far as I am aware - and no I haven’t game shared with anyone within the last year. I just need a number to contact within microsoft to provide them with the evidence i have to prove it was fraud. The records
will show how I was logged on to my current xbox at the time of the fraud which will have a totally different IP to the one from which the fraud was conducted.

Thanks but I've tried to ring Microsoft support. When I select xbox options it directs me to online support and disconnects. Online support offers webchat and call back, both of which require my password. Since I'm locked out of the account by a hacker I
can't access either.

I've tried different phone options for microsoft but they all direct me to online support and disconnect

I cancelled my credit card as soon as I saw charges from Microsoft, so within an hour of it being hacked.
