Fraud, manipulation and extortion

Being manipulated and extorted from the following gamertags: [mod removed]. they got $25 from me and can provide the cashapp info they extorted from me. But most of all gamertag: [mod removed] got extorted out of over $1k usd. These guys are using tactics like gas lighting, threats that [mod removed]would not get his money back unless he pays installments of $250 per private "2v2 gears 5 lobbies". what theyre doing is plain old manipulation to get what they want. i have phone numbers, text chats and even phone records of all the communication they used with me to get my $25. I dont care about the money or my money, but [mod removed] really got taken advantage of by allowing these cyber attackers to use facetime to watch the prey navigate through different means on funds. I.e. banking numbers, routing numbers and other pertinent information when sending out money. I fear theyve seen too much of [mod removed] info and now have him between a rock and a hard place

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your issue based on the description. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options that we can provide.

We just want to set your proper expectations if there is money involve or anything that is out of our hands to try to recover, we do not have the specific tools to have that retrieve. But since you have mentioned that you have some information's in regards with their phone numbers, other evidences and proof that you have that kind of information from them. Then you can report those players and gamertags.

We do understand that you have been dealt with this kind of action so in the future, just try to refrain from this kind of act. To get ahold on this players, you can report them by clicking this link : How to report a player

Just click on that link and just follow the procedure on how to report that specific player or gamertag instead and as well we do also know that you can report those players on the game platforms that you are playing with. Then you can do that as well.

i guess that is true, but i was a victim of manipulation!!!! I hope it can get this fixed

If you are claiming paypal fraud I suggest you to contact the law enforcement in your area as well

Microsoft is following federal law for the COPPA law (you can go to coppa.org to learn more about it). Unless that 50 cents is paid there is nothing the forums can do or phone support can do about going around it. Everyone with a child under the age of 13
has to do it regardless if they have a silver or gold subscription.

Federal law does NOT tell them to bill people for things they already paid for.

Actually, there are laws against that.
