Fraud keys, please help!

I had 4 pre-paid which were stolen.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

Please don't post codes on the forums whether they've been used or not. These are public forums so anyone can take them. It's also not a good idea to post your email on a public forum as well.

As stated on prepaid cards when you purchase them, Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. If you gave these to another user on Live in exchange for something else, then there is nothing you can do as that is a violation of the code of conduct.

If you sold these to someone else through a place like ebay, you would have to contact support for them to file any claims.

I am sorry,

He purchased it with PayPal for 0.01$ each and stole them from the marketplace.

We have proves and now he received free funds and will continue making fraudulent actions to other stores/marketplaces until he will be catched and totally punished.

Is there any other way to punish him and revoke keys? I have all the info hope is need to solve this case.

I was never interested in refund or either, just he stole keys and must be punished by them being revoked.

I am apologise for posting the key on forums.

Please help! He will not stop doing same things and hijack other codes. He still a scot-free.

You can try going through Paypal, but that's pretty much it.
