    How smart is it to offer full games on steam and epic games, but incomplete games on gamepass? No DLSS, no fsr. Performance is garbage. This is nothing but a scam. Steam and epic games have everything like dlss fsr 3 etc. This is what pushes people to pirate.

    You're making my point for me.

    An unauthorized purchase does not qualify for a refund.

    Just because the option is there doesn't change the issue. An UA purchase is fraud and no one refunds for fraud. That's why you contact your credit card company and have them dispute the charge.

    If you have no clue where this acct came from and as far as you know it is a fraud acct then you need to call support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and tell them you card is being fraudulently charged for an acct you have never had and was never yours. They then cancelled
    the acct remove your cc and you are directed to your bank to set up a fraud investigation. Federal fraud laws require the bank to handle this and not the company involved when it comes to refunds for fraud.
