FrankenRewards Level 3 credits still missing

Discus and support FrankenRewards Level 3 credits still missing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I posted 2 weeks ago about not being credited with completing FrankenRewards levels 3 & 4.     FrankenRewards Level 3 credits still missing


    I posted 2 weeks ago about not being credited with completing FrankenRewards levels 3 & 4. Since then I have recieved the 5000 credits for level 4 (Bonus for completing all the missions), but I have still not got the 4000 credits for level 3 (Unlock 5 achievements).
    I just want to know if they will be credited in time for the next deposit as I wish to use the account balance for the Black Friday sale. Thanks.

    October FrankenRewards missing Level 3 & 4 credit

    I completed the first 3 levels of the October FrankenRewards mission. I got credit for Levels 1 & 2, but never got credit for getting 5 achievements (Level 3) in one of the purchased games from Level 1. So of course I also didn't
    get the Level 4 credit for completing them all. Can you help, please?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like there may have been a communication issue that resulted in only our adjustment for the bonus going through. We will adjust the achievement portion again, and it should appear shortly. Unfortunately, since we
    are currently processing the deposit, it is highly likely that this will not make it in time to be a part of the upcoming deposit. We apologize for missing these Credits from a critical deposit date, before Black Friday. We will double the Credits from this
    offer, which will appear as a separate, additional 4000 Credit labeled as a five star MyVIP event.

    We only see roughly 30 USD of eligible spending in the month of October from your purchases of How to Survive 2, Dead Rising 4, and State of Decay. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, only game purchases are listed as eligible, not add-ons or DLC. Since
    the minimum requirement for that offer was 40 USD, you did not complete that offer. Since you must complete the games or video purchasing offer before you can progress on the achievement offer, you did not complete that offer either.
