FrankenRewards Credits not received

Discus and support FrankenRewards Credits not received in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I completed all of the levels for the FrankenRewards mission, but I've only received credits for the Level 2 completion.     FrankenRewards Credits not received


    I completed all of the levels for the FrankenRewards mission, but I've only received credits for the Level 2 completion. Can someone please look into this for me? Thank you!

    Haven't received credits.

    I haven't received all credits for completing FrankenRewards in the month of October. I received 1,000 credits for completing part 3. I have not received credits for completing the other parts yet.

    Have not received credits

    I have not received credits for completing the October MyMission FrankenRewards. I received credits for one part, buying accessories for my Avatar. I have not received credits for completing the other parts. I did buy $40 worth of qualifying products. I
    also acquired 5 achievements for the game I bought, and did all of that within the designated time frame. By fulfilling those requirements I also qualified for the bonus which adds up to 14,000 credits I have yet to received.

    Credits for FrankenRewards mission are missing

    Hello ProjectUnknown,

    We only see roughly 30 USD of eligible spending in the month of October from your purchases of How to Survive 2, Dead Rising 4, and State of Decay. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, only game purchases are listed as eligible, not add-ons or DLC. Since
    the minimum requirement for that offer was 40 USD, you did not complete that offer. Since you must complete the games or video purchasing offer before you can progress on the achievement offer, you did not complete that offer either.

    We see that your purchases last month that did not apply to FrankenRewards like (Legend of Kay Anniversary) are currently pending in your account as MyVIP payback. However, purchases like Castlevania which went towards FrankenRewards progress did not award
    MyVIP payback.
