    I've purchased $40+ of qualifying content to complete Tier 1 of the promotion and, thus, unlock Tier 3. Unfortunately, because Rewards somehow needs 96 hours (FOUR DAYS!) to update my information, I'm concerned that, should there be any problems with my
    purchases, there won't be enough time to fix said theoretical issues in time to unlock Tier 3. Also, is it possible for me to unlock the achievement requirements BEFORE your system updates my purchase info for Tier 1?

    Does purchasing DLC count towards Mix and Match FrankenReward?

    Hello Support,

    Great extension of the reward program! I have one question regarding the FrankenRewards offer.

    Does purchasing DLC, of the games that are eligible, count toward the €37,- required to earn the Mix and Match FrankenReward?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined the issue with your title's achievements, and have adjusted your account for completion of the offer. You should see the achievement part of the offer complete shortly. Once our system detects this change,
    you should see the full completion follow afterward.

    Hi TombOfAnubis. Once we get your purchase data, it backdates it to the date of purchase, so any achievements made after that date will count towards the offer as long as it is done after the purchase date and before midnight on the last day of the month.
    We do see your last two purchases from the 22nd that will complete tier 1 once the offer updates. If you do not receive credit for your actions by November 5th, reach out to us again and we can make adjustments needed.

    If you make a purchase that is over the amount required, like a digital bundle of 140 BRL for a requirement of 125 BRL, as you describe, then that purchase will still complete the offer. However, please note that while this purchase will complete the offer,
    that purchase will all go towards this offer. The remaining 15 BRL will not go towards MyVIP.
