    Hi everyone.

    Since yesterday's update, I can finally use OneGuide correctly in France.

    The issue is with my provider's box (the " freebox Crystal " from provider " free"), I can't change the channels above 9 because the TV box wants a long push on the first number.

    For example, if I want the channel 12, the Xbox will just send '1' and then '2', but the TV box wants a long push on '1', and then '2'.

    The result is that, currently, it changes to channel '1' and then channel '2', but not "12".

    I've already try to change the parameters on my Xbox to change the time between the 2 numbers, but it's not the problem, since in every cases, the first number is not considered being pressed long enough.

    Hi,

    Well.. try changing the channels first
    France - provider : free - Changing channels doesn't work above 9 [​IMG]
    and if one channel doesn't work any better try another one. Changing channels can work wonders, but if you don't want to take the advice, its up to you of course.

    No it doesn't work like that. The SD channels are listed first as they are lower list, for instance BBC One is channel 1 where as BBC One HD is 101. There is a setting to hide the SD channels that are duplicated, but it doesn't work, and a channel such
    as 'Dave' doesn't HD version (not in my area anyway) so that channel is always one of the first on the list.

    Favorites also doesn't have the option of changing the order, so i'm stuck with all my channels out of order.

    It won't work. NET doesn't provide this information to ONEGUIDE, hopefully it will happen in the future.

    What you can do is.. select a TV provider from another US location that has channels on the range from 500 to 700, then you'll be able to at least change channels and stuff...

    Infelizmente teremos que esperar a NET entrar num acordo. Aliás no xbox em português nem existe essa possibilidade
