[FR] XBOX ONE - Gear Of War 4 - ERREUR - Connexion au Xbox Live perdu.

Bonjour,

Je viens d’acquérir Gear Of War 4 - Xbox One en Occasion chez un revendeur spécialisé. Une fois le jeu installé avec sa mise jour je le lance. Dans le menu principal le jeu m'indique que la connexion au Xbox Live a été perdu. Je ne peux donc pas créer
une sauvegarde pour faire la campagne.

J'ai déj testé ma connexion aucun problème.

Je suis bien connecté mon Xbox Live car j'ai accès au marché sur le jeu et sur la console.

Je peux rechercher des parties multijoueur.

Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ?

Jouer en solo

je n arrive pas a jouer gears of war 4 en solo chaque fois je suis renvoyé au menu en me disant que la connexion avec l hôtel été perdu merci de m aider

bonjour, ce soir je viens de formater ma console xbox360s.

Suite a cette action j'ais perdu mon compte, ma connexion au xbox live.

la console redémarrer, j'ais voulu récupérer mon gamertag mais au lieu de ça quand mes parents on confirmé l'accés ,un nouveau compte sais créer.

Comment faire?

I have buy Gear of War 4 on Xbox One in second hand at a specialist dealer. Once the game was installed with the last update I launch this game and in the principal menu the game tellss me "The connection with Xbox Live was lost". I can't create back to
make the history. So I can't play...

I was test my connection with ma Xbox One - No problem.

I'm well connect with my Xbox Live account because I have acces of market in game and same in the Xbox One main menu.

I can search for multiplayer games.

How do I can fix this problem ?

Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
6. Select Clear persistent storage.
7. Restart your Xbox One console.

Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. Select Advanced settings.
7. Select Alternate MAC address.
8. Select Clear.
9. Select Restart.

Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Refer to this link and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your Xbox One console before re-adding your
Microsoft account. Then, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Before testing your solutions I have tried to launch the game one last time, and I don't know why it works. I just unplug my power cable tonight.
