    Relevant info:

    Acer Predator Helios 300 (2019 model)

    Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060

    Intel Core i7-10750H 6 cores 12 threads

    24 GB ram (i added in 8gb ram)

    1 x 512 GB SSD and 1 x 1 TB SSD

    Xbox PC client version: 2112.1001.10.0

    Actions taken:

    Disabled xbox game bar

    Disabled recording of video and audio from windows settings for xbox platform

    Uninstalled some software on my PC which I feel it is like bloatware

    Problem Description:

    After approx 15 minutes of gaming. The frame drops and I noticed through predator sense that GPU usage is 100% and GPU clock speeds drops to 1005 MHz (usually normal clock speeds are from 1400 to 1900 ish). In addition, I don't face such problems with games on steam, epic games, uplay and origin. Can anybody help? For the developers, please fix this. Thank you

    *Max Framerate to 60 or the highest option

    1. adding 8GB ram has just disabled dual channel memory which will impact your system, either run 2 sticks or 4 of the same speed.

    2. make sure windows is fully up to date and check windows store for updates as most of the programs are apps now.

    3. do you have any RGB software running, if you do disable and try again.

    Mine is a laptop, I have never came across laptops having dual channel features. If it is a desktop then I will realize that it is an error on my part.

    Will try and let you know.
