FPS drop in every game.

I don't know why no matter the fps : 60 or 100.

I have stuttering. It feels like the pc stops working for a millisecond. Even on games where my fps are consistent.

I bought 2 fans , the problem is the same.

Especially fortnite. I play around 120 fps and i have a lot of stuttering. My cpu gets up to 80 - 85 °C and my gpu 60°C

CPU: i59400f

GPU: 1660 super

24 gb ram

1 ssd : 265gb OS

1 hdd : 2tb

G sync : on

Something i can add: My two ram are different brand, different speed and diff amount of gb.

If the FPS drops only in one game, it's possible that there are some settings issues or optimization problems specific to that game. However, if all games are experiencing FPS drops, it's unlikely to be a settings or optimization problem. It could be caused by another program interfering with the games. Have you tried performing a clean boot? A "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. If your problem does not occur while the computer is in a clean boot environment, then you can determine which startup application or service is causing the problem by systematically turning them on or off and restarting the computer: How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Additionally, have you visited the manufacturer's official website to update your graphics card driver? Official Drivers | NVIDIA

you need to contact your hardware companies, this is not an Xbox issue this is not generic technical support

My only suggestion would be to make sure that your bios is up-to-date

Are you experiencing this on Windows 10 or 11?

When this started to happen?

Do you know if your windows system or any hardware component received an update recently?

What did you do in Task manager to fix this? And if you tried something else, please tell me

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

without knowing anything else about your PC there isn't much people will be able to help with, I mean wht CPU are you using? what system memory and its speed? what HDD/SSD are you using?

Also is this in every game or just certain games?

Is there anything else running in the background like an antivirus software?
