FPS drop and Stuttering in every game that i played just for 5 seconds

I updated the Xbox App Beta to version 22.23.11006.00000, and it seemed to fix the problem with the lag. There is still stuttering problems though. Some games stutter every 5-10 minutes, and other games stutter every 30 seconds.

Considering that tv and movies run at 24 FPS and you don't see any stuttering, how can you see stuttering at 30 FPS when it is faster? I suspect your system is suffering from frame rate drops and is actually running at less than 24 FPS.

Updated and configured 95% of the video recommendations. Apart from a marginal increase in FPS, stutters are still there. It appears there is a clock reajusting the FPS every second, and it is random from about 35FPS down to 11FPS constantly. It has got
me beat, graphic settings have no effect whatsoever on the stutters.

How come I dont get this problem with any other software or games?

Seems to me I have just wasted my money and time.

[/quote]The only thing you're doing is digging yourself a deeper hole with every single post. You understand that tvs and movies have motion blur applied to every single frame and since it's a tv/movie, you don't even have to worry about input delay right?
The only thing you're showing is that you're simply blinded by your own ignorance and wont accept the truth. There's a very obvious difference between playing a video game at 30 fps and playing at 60 fps. Your statement from before about having to "be in a
state of panic to see 60 fps" is one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever read on this forum.
