So this website has cheaper Membership and Xbox live cards than Microsoft and I stopped buying mine from Microsoft, I now buy them from here: Buy & Sell Online: PC Games, Software, Gift Cards and More at G2A.COM

This is way lower than what MS offers, so just buy 'em from here and save some money lol

You could buy a Xbox 360 if you wanted to. Lots of cheap fantastic games for it and a massive library to choose from.

You can play online by yourself as a silver member but you will need Xbox Live Gold in order to play online multiplayer.

If you shop around online you can find gold membership for cheap. A 12 month membership can be usually found in the $50-$55 dollar range and if your lucky can be found for $40. Check out places like EBay.

With Games with Gold you get two free digital games a month and they yours to keep. You will need a Gold membership in order to do this and the two games are selected at random.

Enter the codes, buy from the MS online store for £45 each. Works out at £36.75 when you do the maths.

I cancelled auto renew years ago. Since I found other retailers doing the live membership cards a LOT cheaper than MS offer themselves.

As you found out, Xbox do not accept pre paid credit or debit cards, you could maybe buy a points or live membership code card depending on what it is you want to do.

You can not buy Xbox live membership using Microsoft points. You would either have to use a credit card/Paypal or you could buy Pre-paid membership cards.

At the moment you can't use money in your account to buy xbox live membership.

You can either use a credit/debit card or a pre paid xbox live membership card.

Think you can use PayPal as well.
