Forzathon and auction house unavaible FORZA HORIZON 5

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Make sure that your privacy settings are setup correctly to access the auction house.

You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

If they're already set to "allow", for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Please do research before answering questions: The Auction House was closed temporarily but has been reopened since early December!!

The appropriate teams were able to determine that the account you have posted from has never played Halo 5: Guardians or Halo MCC. Due to this, you are not eligible for a Warthog code for Forza Horizon 3. As stated above, you still have a chance to earn
one in October's Forzathon or purchase through the in-game auction house.
